Privacy Policy

Data Laboratory LLC (“Data Labs”) provides a variety of data, marketing, hygiene, and analytics products (the “Services”) designed to help for-profit and not-for-profit organizations market their own products and services or to assist their end user customers in marketing their products and services. Our solutions, many of which are described on this website, are used via direct mail, email, online and other marketing channels.
We take very seriously the privacy interests of the individuals whose information we handle and maintain in our database. We provide this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) to explain how we use and manage information, and what rights consumers have to control how their information is used in marketing. We also operate corporate websites, designed for our own customers and prospective customers, and others who want to learn about our services.
1. Information That We Collect and Use in Our Services
In order to provide our Services, we receive data, including personal information, from a variety of sources, including national data compilers and our own customers. We refer to the information that we collect and process throughout this Privacy Policy as “Information” or “the Information.”
Business Contact Information. The following information pertaining to you and your business is collected including:

b. Company Name
c. Job Title
d. Email Address
e. Postal Address
f. Phone Number
g. The domain name and IP address of a user’s web browser, along with a time stamp and other information about a user’s browser or device.
h. Information about what content and pages users access, utilize or visit on our website, or how they interact with our content – for instance, if they spent a certain amount of time reviewing a particular blog post or description of particular services.
i. Contact information that you provide, which could include (for instance) survey information, sign-up information (e.g., if you sign up for events or newsletters), requests for information, mailing addresses and email addresses.
j. If we collect Information from “offline” sources – such as if you provide us your business card at a trade show – we will maintain that information and use it for marketing and business purposes as well.
Data Laboratory Products and Services may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree and warrant that your use of the Products and Services will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and foreign laws, statutes, rules, and regulations (“Laws”), including, but not limited to: CCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, Canadian Anti-Spam Law, TCPA, COPPA State Registry Laws and Do Not Call lists.
By using Data Laboratory’s Product and Services, you agree that you will use your best efforts to prevent the misuse or unauthorized use of the Products and Services by any third person or entity. You further agree that Data Laboratory Products and Services shall not be used:
- To disassemble, de-compile, reverse engineer, modify, or otherwise alter the Products and Services or any part thereof
- To access data not intended for your use as described in your MSA or Statements of Work with Data Laboratory
- For consumer credit purposes, underwriting consumer insurance, employment purposes, tenant screening purposes, for any other purpose covered by the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act or for any other purpose not expressly authorized under these Terms
- To create, send, or display pornography, sexually explicit, lewd, or grossly offensive content, or campaigns promoting or supporting terrorism or violent extremism
- For any purpose that violates the privacy or data protection rights of any person
- For any communication that refers to selection criteria or presumed knowledge about the recipient
- To display or market material that exploits any person under the age of 18
Data Laboratory reserves the right to review your use of the Products and Services to ensure compliance with these Terms; any failure by Data Laboratory to review such use will not constitute acceptance of such use or waive any of Data Laboratory’s right hereunder or limit any of your obligations with respect to these Terms.
